We are seeking an Administrative/Financial Analyst for a fast growing Latin American communications company based in Miami, Florida.
Specific duties include:
· Go to person for the CEO and Controller assisting with all administrative duties
· Some Bookkeeping and Accounting
· Financial Analysis
· Assist with the preparation of management presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
· Possible travel to Latin America
Minimum experience requirements include:
· Exposure to working within a very fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with C level professionals
· Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting
· Bilingual (English and Spanish)
· Bachelors Degree
