Our Client, a multi billion dollars company is currently seeking for the Accounting Manager who would be accountable for the reviews significant contracts and agreements executed in the normal course of business. Provides guidance and advice with respect to general business and financial issues that might be present in the contract or agreement. Partners with internal and external; legal counsel as well as functional departments and supply chain teams. Reviews and performs research as appropriate with respect to new, complex or unusual business activities and transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA strongly preferred,

• Minimum of seven years experience in positions responsible for technical accounting activities, application/interpretation; SEC reporting a big plus.

• Previous experience in Big 4 public accounting a plus.

• Broad knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial policies and procedures and internal controls.
