Position: Director of Business Development

Location: Toronto

IFG’s Business Development Directors are responsible for selling and managing our specialized services to existing clients while developing new business. Additional responsibilities include interviewing senior level accounting and financial professionals, evaluating their specific skill sets and matching them with multifaceted accounting projects. The Director will also perform client focused activities, including: executing a focused business development plan via phone calls and client visits; maintaining and documenting client communication within our contact management system; obtaining and assessing client staffing requirements, writing complete job orders, negotiating terms and conditions of service, and inputting job order details into our contact management system; coordinating candidate meetings with client; and following-up on all existing business to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, quality control and development of new business.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated accounting professional with a CA (or other accounting designation) and/or an MBA, seeking to leverage their financial experience through transitioning into a Business Development role. This position offers unparalleled earnings potential including a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions.
