Experienced and motivated accounting professionals who are looking for a career change would be considered for this progressive role. You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Some key responsibilities will include sourcing of candidates to fill contract (project/interim) and permanent client requirements, interviewing and assessing of interested applicants, on-going pro-active communication with your candidate base and networking with the candidate base in order to continue to develop new candidate leads.

Qualifications

• CA (or other accounting designation) is preferred for this role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize, competing tasks daily and sometimes hourly
• Interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment when problem-solving
